Your Initial Consult:
To start the process off, Meet with our in house jewellery stylist and principle jeweller, Elayne Vears.
Next let's get chatting so we can Begin discussing your favourite styles and ideas.
Don't have too many ideas yet and need a hand with the design concept?
Never fear, it's a journey not a race. so come with an open mind and let Elayne pick your brain for what concepts you like!
Sketching & Interpreting:
Once some ideas are flowing, Elayne will begin drawing sketches with good old fashion paper & pencil along side added use of jewellery from our display cabinets and/or images we may have to help you interpret how your new jewellery piece would look.
It's really all in the details at this stage of the experience.
This is when Elayne would be checking finger size and width capacity for custom ring designs and/or length and many other measurements for bracelets, bangles, earrings or necklaces.
Sourcing fine Diamonds & Gemstones:
We have numerous supply sources making us able to achieve almost any dream.
Now we have a design concept on the way, so the next part is to source the diamond or gemstone/s. keeping in mind some design aspects will be based around the centre piece itself.
Some gemstones are rare and hard to come by but, if you're after a specific colour, size and/or clarity of diamond or gemstone, we can accommodate, because we truly love sourcing high quality and unique gemstones!
Once we have sourced the chosen diamonds and/or gemstones you will be contacted for a follow up appointment. in most cases we can get in a range based around your requirements allowing you to choose your preferred diamond, or precious stone.
Particularly with diamonds we can source a range of stones tailored toward your budget, giving you a nice variety to select from.
Approval to Creation phase:
So you've chosen your gemstone, you fall absoloutley in love, it's perfect!
Now the design can be finalized and the creation phase can begin.
Depending upon the complexity of the design this process can usually take anywhere from 4-6 weeks.,
Keeping in mind each unique piece is a labour of love so great pride is taken in producing a high quality piece of jewellery that will be enjoyed for years to come.
